These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of gamecodexl.com (the “Site”), operated by Venera Mídia (“GameCodeXL”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
The Site is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Our content is for information only
GameCodeXL publishes gaming news, guides, tier lists, system requirements, fixes and tools. We work to keep this information accurate and clearly separate what has been officially confirmed from what is estimated or rumored. However:
- Release dates, unlock times, prices, specifications, codes and game content are set by publishers and platforms and can change at any time, often without notice.
- Estimates, predictions and community data are labeled as such and are not guarantees.
- Guides, builds and fixes are suggestions. Follow them at your own risk, and back up your saves and devices before making system changes.
Always check official sources before making a purchase or another important decision.
3. Interactive tools
Tools on the Site, such as the GTA 6 Launch Kit, are provided free of charge and “as is”. Their results are based on publicly available information at the time of publication, which may change. Files you download from these tools (for example images or calendar reminders) are generated on your own device for your personal use.
4. No affiliation with game companies
GameCodeXL is an independent publication. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher, developer or platform holder, including Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, Nintendo, Riot Games, CD Projekt Red, Capcom or Electronic Arts, unless we clearly state otherwise. All game titles, logos, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, news reporting and commentary.
5. Our intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, graphics, design and tools on the Site are owned by GameCodeXL and protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, share links to and quote brief excerpts of our content with clear attribution and a link to the original page. You may not copy, republish, scrape or sell our content in bulk without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- interfere with the Site’s operation, security or advertising, including generating invalid or automated ad clicks or impressions;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Site without permission;

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not take away any mandatory protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
